Tour Cancellation Policy

Payment for your tour is an essential part of the booking process and contributes towards accommodation reservations, transportation, entrance fees, guide services, operational expenses, administration, and other costs incurred in preparing your trip. As many of these costs are committed well before the tour commences, Pearl Travels (Pvt) Ltd is required to apply cancellation charges in the event of a booking cancellation.

Cancellation Charges

Any deposit paid to confirm a booking is non-refundable.

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

30 days or more	Loss of deposit
15–29 days	30% of the total tour cost
7–14 days	50% of the total tour cost
6 days or fewer	80% of the total tour cost
48 hours or fewer	100% of the total tour cost

For tailor-made, customised, or special group tours, different cancellation terms may apply. Where applicable, these terms will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Cancellation Procedure

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the person who made the original booking. Cancellation requests should be sent via email to your Pearl Travels booking representative, with a copy to info@pearltravelslk.com.

The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which the written notification is received by Pearl Travels.

Changes After Tour Commencement

Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be provided for any unused accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, activities, or other services included in the itinerary.

If you choose to modify your itinerary, leave the tour early, or cancel any part of the tour after it has begun, any additional costs incurred will be your sole responsibility. Pearl Travels (Pvt) Ltd will not be liable for any expenses arising from such changes.

Force Majeure

Pearl Travels (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any tour due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government regulations, civil unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative arrangement or refund where appropriate, subject to any unrecoverable costs already incurred.
